Stewardship Initiative
Please remember to return your ‘statement of intent’ form by Sunday December 3rd. This information is extremely helpful in planning the budget for 2018. We have only received 19 responses to date. If you did not receive a copy by email, there are paper copies on the table in the foyer, or contact Melanie and she will resend to you by email.

Annual Christmas Variety Concert and Pageant: Sunday December 3rd at 7.00 p.m. This is next Sunday, and as usual, this concert will be a fundraiser for the World Vision Raw Hope project. Please buy your tickets today – they are $10 each to a maximum of $30 per family.
If you are able to help by providing goodies for after the concert, there is a sign up sheet on the table in the front foyer.

Residents are invited to the Heritage Valley Park & Ride, Capital Line South LRT Extension and 135 Street/Anthony Henday Drive Connection Public Information Session to receive information and updates on the three projects.
Date: November 29, 2017 Time: 4-8pm, Drop-in
Location: Ellerslie Rugby Park Hall 11004 Ellerslie Road SW
Please visit www.edmonton.ca/projects_plans/future-lrt-projects.aspx.

The next Lunch Bunch will be on Thursday December 7th @ the church beginning at 11:30, with lunch starting at 12:00 noon. Everyone is welcome; please come and join us for a time of fellowship. Tim will be leading a Christmas carol sing-a-long. There is a sign up sheet in the front foyer or contact the church office at 780-437-7231 or stmargaretsedmonton@gmail.com.

St. Margaret’s has a ‘Discretionary’ fund which is used by Tim from time to time when the church is approached by individuals in need of some kind. We like to keep this fund at around $300, but over the last couple of years it has been decreasing. If you would like to donate to this fund, please include your donation in the offering plate and mark it for “Discretionary Fund”.
