Kids’ Travel Company: Saturday November 5th 1-5 p.m. followed by supper.
The Kids’ Travel Company will be coming back to St. Margaret’s to present another afternoon of Bible learning and fun for our kids. This will be followed by a spaghetti supper. Please invite your friends as we would love to pack the church on this day. There are two sign up sheets on the table in the foyer – one so we know your kids are coming, and the other for help with the spaghetti meal starting at 5pm. For more information contact Melanie Eriksen at or 780-437-7231.

On November 11, 2016, people from various faith communities will gather to proclaim “love casts out fear” as they remember, reflect, and pray for peace in our world.
There will be an Interdenominational Prayer Service at McDougall United Church (10025 – 101 Street) at 6:00 p.m. Then at 7:00 p.m., participants will gather at City Hall in downtown Edmonton for the 8th Annual Prayer Walk for Peace. There will be four stops on the walk. The time of remembrance, reflection, and prayer will be led by members of four different faith communities.
The prayer service and prayer walk are sponsored by the Edmonton Ecumenical Peace Network and the Mennonite Central Committee – Alberta.
All are welcome to the Prayer Service and the Prayer Walk for Peace.
