EASTER OFFERINGS: Easter Special Offerings will be going directly to our World Vision RAW Hope fund.
‘Raw Hope works in unstable countries whose governments cannot or will not act to protect the rights of its people. These are characterized by armed conflict, frequent and massive population movements. For children and families living in countries with these disturbing conditions, it is a daily experience to face these threats of abuse and exploitation as well as suffering from hunger and a lack of medical assistance. Our support of the Raw Hope project brings help to these people who need it most. Our donations go towards providing clean water and nutritious food, sanitation and shelter, safe places for children to play and learn, medicine and healthcare, instruction for women and girls to help prevent abuse and rape, and assist World Vision in implementing long-term solutions to make these regions more secure and resilient.

February/March Faith, Fun and Fellowship
March 22nd: ‘Hymns and Songs’ 7.30 – 9.00 p.m.
We’ll break out the hymn books and song books, have a good old fashioned sing-a-long, and maybe learn a few new songs too. Feel free to bring any favourites you’d like to share with everyone. Coffee and tea will be provided, but if you want to bring ‘additional beverages’ to help lubricate the vocal cords, feel free to do so!
March 29th: Taking a break for Easter week.

The Anglican Educational Chaplaincy is all about getting people connected: to relationships, to support, to faith communities and to God. We are a mission of the Diocese of Edmonton, helping Christ be seen more clearly in libraries and lecture halls and students' daily lives. Our annual silent auction and dinner at the U of A Faculty Club happens this year on Tuesday, May 3rd, beginning at 5:30 pm. This event provides a major part of the funding that makes this ministry possible year after year. Tickets are $75 per person and can be reserved at http://evite.me/baYwTfuCtA , or by contacting the Rev. Scott Sharman (ssharman@ualberta.ca). If you are unable to personally attend this year, consider making a donation at https://goo.gl/7e6xEo. Thank you for your support!

Winnifred Stewart: Empties to Winn Project
Please feel free to bring some or all of your empty bottles (juice, milk, cans, and other beverage containers) and drop them in our bags. Please support Winnifred Stewart by making provision for this project! Next pick up should be March 25th, 2016.  Thank you!
