LOOKING AHEAD
Sunday November 1st: Remembrance of Those Who Have Died. On this Sunday we will have an opportunity to place a carnation on the altar in memory of a loved one or friend, and also to have their names mentioned in prayer and thanksgiving for their lives.
Sunday November 15th: Baptisms at the 10.30 service. If you would like to be baptized or have a child baptized, please talk to Tim immediately (stmrector@gmail.com or 780-437-7231) so that preparation can be arranged.
Sunday November 29th 7:00 p.m. St. Margaret’s Christmas Variety Concert in support of World Vision’s ‘Raw Hope’ project.

We would like to invite you and your children to join us for Spaghetti Church on Saturday October 24th, 2015 from 4pm to 6pm. Spaghetti Church is church for families that enjoy a more informal, activity-centered and community-oriented way of worshipping together from time to time. It typically includes a craft or other activity time, a family-friendly worship and teaching time, and a simple meal (hence the spaghetti!). Please note that this is not something you can drop your kids off for; it is intended to be about families worshipping together.
We do have a signup sheet policy as food is prepared for all who will be coming. Spaghetti Church is only possible because the people who come volunteer to help out with the various tasks.

Current Outreach Opportunities!

We are collecting coins (change)on Sundays to allow our World Vision sponsor children and their communities to have   special celebrations such as birthdays.

In October, we will be collecting socks, deodorant, juice boxes and healthy granola bars(no chocolate please)for the Youth at the Youth Emergency Shelter Services.

During Advent we will be stuffing cosmetic bags for the homeless.

We thank you for supporting any or all opportunities for Outreach!
